Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every quotation, order and delivery by Modern Nifal Trading (Nifal Alhaditha Trading Est., CR 2055154968, VAT 312661809300003), Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("MNT"), unless a signed agreement between MNT and the client says otherwise. The short version of these terms is printed on every MNT quotation.

1. Validity

A quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless stated otherwise. Prices and lead times may be revised after that date.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices are in Saudi Riyals and exclude VAT (15%) unless stated otherwise. VAT is added on the tax invoice as required by ZATCA.

3. Payment

Payment terms are as stated on the quotation. Credit terms apply only under a signed Credit Sales Facility Agreement and within the approved credit limit. Amounts not paid when due may suspend further deliveries.

4. Delivery

Goods are delivered to the place stated on the quotation. Lead time counts from receipt of a written purchase order and is subject to availability at the time of order. Partial deliveries may be made and invoiced separately when agreed.

5. Orders

An order is accepted by a written purchase order quoting the quotation number. Changes in quantity may change unit prices. Orders are binding once accepted by MNT.

6. Brands and substitutes

Goods are supplied as described on the quotation. Equivalent brands or models are offered only with the client's written approval. MNT sources from manufacturers and their channels; MNT does not claim authorised-distributor status unless stated in writing.

7. Warranty and claims

Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty; MNT passes the manufacturer's terms on to the client. Claims for shortage or visible damage must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

8. Cancellation and returns

Items specially ordered for the client cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered from the supplier. Other returns are accepted only by prior written agreement.

9. Title and governing law

Title to the goods passes on full payment. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes are referred to the competent courts in Dammam.
