    What to include for a fast, accurate price

    • Item description and specification — size, colour, standard (EN, ANSI, NFPA, SASO) and the application it is for.
    • Brand and part number if you have a preference, or say "equivalent accepted" and we propose approved alternatives.
    • Quantity and unit — pieces, pairs, boxes, rolls or metres. Attach your Excel or PDF list if it is long.
    • Delivery city and required date so we quote transport and lead time correctly.
    • Documents you need — datasheets, certificates of conformity, mill or test certificates, country of origin.

    How we respond

    Every quotation is issued by Modern Nifal Trading (Nifal Alhaditha Trading Est., C.R. 2055154968, VAT 312661809300003) on our letterhead with unit prices in Saudi riyals, VAT shown separately, validity period, delivery terms and payment terms. Prices are firm for the validity period and our Terms of Sale apply.
